Havenwoods Tour of Homes 2010

 

Thank you to all of the sponsors and participants of the Tour of Homes.

Everyone did a fantastic job!

 

We started our day with a Home Owners Workshop at the Light House Youth Center. Here we had great presentations by Dawn Davis of M&I, Shanese McClendon of HRI, Stephanie Harling of HEDC, and Chris Trotter of Cherry Home Realty.

 

We started the tour with this beautiful Tudor style home on North 73rd Street.

 

Next on our tour was this move in ready home on North 79th Street.

Our next stop was this single family ranch with a wonderful finished basement on North 70th Street.

We followed that with this HUGE single family ranch that featured 5 bedrooms on North 54th Street!

 

Our next two homes were reality checks on Milwaukee's foreclosure issue,  this was a short sale ranch on West Thurston Ave.

We ended the tour with this short sale on West Herbert Avenue.
