The Mission of HEDC is to revitalize the Havenwoods area as a vibrant mixed-use urban area with industrial, residential and commercial uses supporting each other.

Vision

HEDC’s vision for the Havenwoods neighborhood is to create family supporting wage jobs for the residents of Havenwoods, to promote a live-work community by increasing employment opportunities, homeownership and playing a significant role in increasing the quality of life for the Havenwoods neighborhood.
